Because each candle is made to order using non-toxic coconut soy wax, crackling wood wicks, and clean fragrance oils, we do not accept returns on used candles or opened fragrance products. However, your happiness matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please email us at info@lovesquareone.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make it right...whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
