Our Story
What started as a small project during uncertain times has turned into something we never could’ve imagined. Love Square One began with a simple mission... To create something beautiful, intentional, and comforting when the world felt anything but.
We were melting wax in one tiny presto pot, labeling jars by hand, and testing scents late into the night. We didn’t know where it would lead...only that it felt meaningful. And it still does.
Two years into Love Square One’s journey, something unexpected happened...we met. At the time, Joanna had just gotten into three local stores, pouring candles on the side while working full-time. Today, Love Square One is our full-time work and full-time purpose. We’ve grown from 3 stores to over 60 and counting, and we’re just getting started.
Our candles are rooted in storytelling, emotion, and care. From our clean-burning coconut soy wax to our eco-friendly wooden wicks, every detail is chosen with love. We believe scent is personal...and it should spark a memory, set a mood, and make you feel something real.

And we’re endlessly grateful for our loyal customers who continue to show up, share our products, and let our fragrances into their homes.
