Candle care

• Trim the wooden wick to 1/8 inch before each burn. Our LSO Gold Wick Trimmer can help.
• On the first burn, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the vessel for an even melt pool.
• Burn for no more than 3 to 4 hours at a time.
• Place on a heat safe surface away from drafts and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Because each candle is made to order using our vegan coconut-soy wax, wood wicks, and carefully selected fragrance oils, we do not accept returns on used candles or opened fragrance products. However, your happiness matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please email us at info@lovesquareone.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to make it right, whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
