When should I order for holiday delivery?
Please place all custom orders by December 5 to guarantee holiday delivery. We can ship directly to your intended recipient, include a hand written holiday note full of love at no charge, and package your order with care. Gift wrap is $1.50, with holiday wrapping tied with gold and white LSO ribbon.
Can you ship my gift straight to the recipient?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and we will send it directly to them, packaged with care, with your hand written note inside at no charge.
Is gift wrap available?
Yes, for $1.50. We wrap the candle box in holiday wrapping and tie it with our Love Square One ribbon in gold and white, so it arrives feeling extra special. Add Holiday Gift Wrap to your order before checkout.
Can I include a note with my gift?
Yes, and it is always free. Write your words in the order note at checkout and we will handwrite them for you.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Standard US shipping is free on orders of $75 or more and $4.95 under $75. Ready to ship pieces leave our studio in 2 to 5 business days, and delivery usually follows in 2 to 7 days.
How long does a custom or engraved candle take?
Custom and engraved pieces are made to order in our Lake Norman home studio and can take 2 to 3 weeks. For the holidays, please order custom pieces by December 5. Planning something further out? Message us and we will talk timing.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Our digital gift card starts at $10 and is delivered by email, ready to send to someone you love.
How do I book a candle making class or Experience?
Class listings and booking are on our Classes page. Our home studio class and our SideBar class in Davidson are reserved through Love Square One. The Sweater Weather class at Olive and Vine in Denver is reserved through Olive and Vine at 704 880 6115. Planning a private event or a group Experience? Message us and we will build it with you.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the burnt part of the wooden wick before each burn, and follow the care card tucked in your box. A trimmed wick burns cleaner and crackles the way it should.
What if my order arrives damaged, or I need a return?
Email us at info@lovesquareone.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Do you sell wholesale?
