1. Freeze the jar for 1 hour.
2. Pop out frozen wax with a spoon.
3. Wipe clean or rinse with soap and water.

Always trim your wooden wick to 1/8" before each burn (just snap off the charred tip with your fingers or wick trimmer). Let the wax melt all the way to the edges before blowing it out, this prevents tunneling.

This usually means your wick needs a little trim. If the wick is too long or has a mushroomed tip, it can flicker or drown in the wax. Trim it down, relight, and let it do its thing.

Our candles are made with premium ingredients, including vegan non-toxic coconut soy wax, clean blended essential oils, and eco-friendly wood wicks.

• Your candle can take 30-60 seconds to ignite on the first burn.
• Remember to let your candle melt all the way across on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
• You should trim your wicks to 1/16” before every burn.
• Keep your LSO candle away from drafts or fans, as this will cause a higher flame and may result in sooting.
• Make sure all debris is removed from solid wax before burning to ensure a clean burn.

Yes! Our wax melts are made from the same clean wax and fragrance blends as our candles, just wickless and flameless.

It depends on the room size and how many spritzes you use. Most customers find the scent lingers for hours. A little goes a long way.

Each diffuser lasts 2–3 months, depending on air flow and how often you flip the reeds.

Opening your LSO Diffuser

Twist off the decorative gold collar at the top of the rectangular glass diffuser jar. Gently remove the cork from the center (save this if you plan on saving or transporting your diffuser). Add the gold decorative collar back on the glass jar if desired.

Reed Sticks

Each set comes with 8 reed sticks. The strength of the fragrance is up to you. Start with a couple of reeds and add more as needed, or use all 8 sticks for a stronger scent. Note that it can take 24 to 48 hours for the reed sticks to fully absorb the fragrance and start taking effect.

Avoid Spills

If you spill, clean it up immediately and don’t rub it in to prevent damage. The oil can stain or ruin porous surfaces. Always wash your hands if you get any oil on them.

Keep away from Children and Pets

Ensure that the diffuser is placed out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental spills or ingestion.

Rotate your LSO Reed Sticks

We suggest rotating your reed sticks weekly to keep your fragrance fresh and prevent dust from settling on the ends of the sticks. Always wash your hands after flipping the reeds.

Your diffuser will perform best in smaller spaces. Keep in mind that high ceilings can affect the strength of your LSO Diffuser.

Melting

Use a wax warmer specifically designed for wax melts. Place one cube of wax in the top dish of the warmer, but do not overfill it.

Temperature

Ensure your wax warmer is set to a safe temperature suitable for melting wax. Avoid overheating as this can cause the wax to evaporate too quickly, diminishing the fragrance.

Safety

Always place your wax warmer on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and never leave it unattended.

Duration

Wax melt cubes typically provide fragrance for several hours. Replace them when the fragrance diminishes or the wax is no longer melting effectively.

Cleaning

Once cooled and solidified, remove wax from the warmer dish by gently popping it out or freezing the dish to harden the wax for easier removal.
