QUICK TIPS AND TRICKS FOR YOUR NEW LSO CANDLE:
- Your candle can take just 30-60 seconds to light....but don't worry it's worth the wait!
- Remember to let your candle melt all the way across on the first burn. This helps to prevent tunneling.
- Trim your wicks to 1/16” before every burn.
- Keep your LSO candle away from any draft or fan, as it will cause a higher flame and some sooting can occur.
- Make sure all debris is removed from solid wax before burning to ensure a clean burn.

Tips & tricks for your LSO diffuser:
The best flame free fragrance option!
- Placement: Make sure to set your LSO Reed Diffuser on a stable surface; away from direct sunlight and heat sources.Direct sunlight can cause your favorite fragrance to evaporate more quickly and even alter the original scent
- Opening your LSO Diffuser: There is a decorative gold collar at the top of the rectangular glass diffuser jar. Simply twist counter clockwise to remove the gold collar completely. Then gently remove the cork that's in the center (save this if you plan on saving your diffuser oil or transporting it later). Then add the gold decorative collar back on the glass jar (if desired...not required).
- Reed Sticks: Now you're ready to add your reed sticks to your LSO Diffuser. Each set comes with 8 reeds. The strength of the fragrance is up to you. You can start with a few reeds and add more later, but be careful not to wait too long to add more as a gap in the top will cause the fragrance to evaporate more quickly.
- Reminder: it can take 24 up to 48 hours for your reed sticks to fully absorb the fragrance and to start taking effect.
- Avoid Spills: Listen, there's oil in there, but accidents happen. If you happen to spill, be sure to clean it up immediately and don't rub it in to prevent damage. The oil can stain or ruin porous surfaces (ie; wood, non sealed ceramic, etc.) Be super cautious about where you put it, and remember to wash your hands if you get any on you.
- Keep away from Children and Pets: Ensure that the diffuser is placed out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental spills or ingestion.
- Rotate your LSO Reed Sticks: we recommend doing this weekly to keep your fragrance fresh and to avoid any dust settling on the end of the reeds. (don't forget to wash your hands)
why is it important to flip my reed sticks?
here are some reasons why:
-Even Scent Distribution- flipping the reed sticks helps to evenly distribute the fragrance throughout the room
-Maximize Longevity- by flipping the reed sticks regularly, you prevent them from becoming fully saturated on one side. You’ll notice your diffuser will last longer too.
-Refresh the Scent- over time, the fragrance near the bottom of the reed sticks may diminish. Flipping them helps to expose fresh, unused
portions of the sticks to the fragrance oil; refreshing the scent in the room.
-Prevent Stagnation- Flipping the
reed sticks prevents the fragrance oil from becoming stagnant and ultimately becoming less effective over time. It encourages continuous evaporation and diffusion of the scent into the surrounding space.
Wax melts
Simply break off 1-2 cubes (depending on the size of your warwmer) and place it into your warmer. Enjoy your favorite clean fragrance- flame free!
How to properly care for your lso wax melt
- Melting: Use a wax warmer specifically designed for wax melts. Place one cube of wax in the top dish of the warmer. Do not overfill the dish.
- Temperature: Ensure that your wax warmer is set to a safe temperature suitable for melting wax. Avoid overheating the wax, as this can cause it to evaporate too quickly and diminish the fragrance.
- Safety: Always place your wax warmer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle OR wax warmer unattended.
- Duration: Wax melt cubes typically provide fragrance fro several hours depending on the size of the wax melt and the temperature of the warmer. *Replace the wax melt cubes when the fragrance diminishes, or the wax is no longer melting effectively.
- Cleaning: Once the wax has cooled and solidified, remove it from the wax warmer dish. You can do this by gently popping the wax out or by placing the dish in the freezer for a few minutes to harden the wax for easier removal. Dispose of used wax.
- Create: Feel free to mix a couple of your favorite scents and get creative! Mix and match scents to suit your mood or create a signature scent blend that reflects your personal style. Just remember to not overfill your warmer.
- Storage: Store your wax melt cubes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve their fragrance and quality. Keep them sealed in their original packaging or an airtight container to prevent them from absorbing unwanted odors.
